Husky safaris are physically demanding.
Participants must:
– Have good basic fitness and balance
– Be able to control their own body
– Understand and follow driving instructions
– Interact with dogs in a safe and respectful wa
If a participant has any health conditions, injuries, mobility issues, or neuropsychiatric challenges that could affect safety or communication, this must also be communicated to us in advance.

All our activities are arranged as private experiences.
Private means that the tour or activity is exclusively for you or your group’s use. This means you will have your own guide and husky team dedicated solely to your party, without any other guests. In a private setting, the group’s preferences and needs are catered to more individually, allowing for a more intimate and personalized experience without other guests present. -
Driving lesson – Learn how to steer your own husky sled
Husky sled ride – Enjoy an approximately guided self-driven husky sled ride through breathtaking winter landscapes. Each sled can accommodate two adults and one child.
Husky playtime – After the sled ride, the dogs are released into a fenced forest play area, where you can join them for cuddles and photos.
Warm refreshments – Enjoy a hot drink and freshly baked Finnish cinnamon buns by the fire in our cozy wooden hut. -
Remember to dress according to the weather!
-Please note that there's always a breeze while driving, so an extra layer of clothing is definitely recommended.
– The sled is equipped with a reindeer hides, and a wool blanket for extra warmth.
– Our group sizes are small and always private, and we do not support mass tourism at our kennel.
– Weight limit: Please note the 110 kg weight limit per person for sled rides. If you exceed this limit, kindly let us know in advance. -
Would you like to enjoy a warm lunch in a traditional Lappish hut after your safari?
For an additional fee, you can book a hearty meal to end your adventure. The lunch includes a delicious smoked reindeer soup, juice or water to drink, and a traditional Finnish cinnamon bun (korvapuusti) with hot cocoa for dessert.
A vegetarian option is also available.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requests—just let us know in advance!How about a traditional log sauna experience with no running water or electricity?
The sauna is heated with a wood-burning stove and features a water cauldron for bathing. You can wash yourself the traditional way, using a bucket and ladle.
A non-alcoholic sauna drink is included in the price.This activity can also be arranged in the evening, for an additional fee,
providing a magical opportunity to admire the starry sky—and if you're lucky, even see the Northern Lights!
Please note: due to the late timing, this version of the activity is not recommended for children under 13 years old.

You’ll also get an exclusive look inside our husky house, where the dogs live. It stays comfortably warm throughout the winter and always has fresh drinking water available. The huskies can come and go freely through their own little doors, choosing whether to relax inside or enjoy the outdoors whenever they please.

HUSKY WALK

Enjoy a relaxing walk through beautiful nature in the company of our friendly huskies! This experience is designed for the whole family, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Participants aged 13 and up can walk with their own husky using a comfortable pulling belt. Children under 13 are welcome to join by sharing a dog with an adult.

🐾 Please note: Our huskies are real sled dogs, which means they love to pull! Even though you'll be equipped with a pulling belt, walking with a husky can be physically active – expect to warm up and possibly break a sweat!
👟 What to wear:
Dress appropriately for the weather and pay special attention to your footwear.In summer and autumn, good walking shoes or sneakers are fine.
In winter, we recommend warm winter boots with ankle support for snowy trails.
